Remote Support is available to existing Targeted Technologies clients. When directed to this page by a Targeted Support Representative follow the following instructions.

Enter your Name into the field labeled “Your Name” You do not need to be specific you can use your first name or your organizations name.
Enter the Support Key into the correctly labeled Field. The support Key will be provided by the Targeted Technologies Support Rep.
Click The Connect Now button.
Follow the directions on the screen. Clicking Positives answers such as OK, Run, and Allow when prompted.
The support representative will now be able to take control of your workstation to troubleshoot your issue.
